Short Hair!
Taylor here! <3

Getting your hair cut short can be a liberating experience! I have done it many times. Its a great choice to make if you're ready for a change.

Here are some short hair cuts for your face shape:
1). The Pixie Cut: Great for oval, square, round, and heart-shaped faces
2). A Wavy Shag: Perfect of you have a square shaped face
3). Angled Bobs: Square face
4). Short with Bangs: Bangs will work the best on round and heart-shaped faces, but look good on all face types
5). A Mussed Up Bob: Round faces
6). Long Bobs (To you collar bone): Heart-shaped faces
7). Angled Bob with Long Layers: Long faces
8). Sideswept or blunt bangs: Long faces

What to consider before you make the cut:
- Your face shape (Look above)
- Your features (neck, shoulder, etc.) and how the will look showcased without hair covering them.
- Your hair texture
-Consider your personality
- Maintenance

I really hope this tip inspired some of you to make the cut!
Have a great weekend!

Here is a really good recipe for making these peanutbutter bars!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of butter, melted
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups of confectioners sugar
- 1 cup of peanutbutter
- 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons of peanutbutter

Directions:
1.In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
2.In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

Doing a 5 strand braid

Doing a 5 strand braid
Hey all!
I love braids, and here is one I think you all should try :)

*Before attempting, please make sure you are okay with doing a 3 strand braid*

Here are the directions for a 5- strand braid that is a bit like a French braid. Scroll down for a video that shows you how to make a boho-modern version of this braid.
Directions:
1.Gather a section of hair where you want the braid to start.
2.Split the hair into three strands.
3.Cross the right strand over the middle strand, then the left strand over the new middle strand.
4.Pick up a section of hair from the right side of the head. This is the fourth of five strands.
5.Cross the new right-hand strand under the strand next to it, then over the middle strand (currently second to left strand).
6.Pick up a section of hair from the left side of the head. This is the fifth strand.
7.Cross the new left-hand strand under the strand next to it, then over the middle strand.
8.Pick up a section of hair from the right side of the head and add it to the right-hand strand.
9.Cross the right-hand strand under then over (and so on, if there are more than five strands) until you cross the middle strand (with five strands, just an under and over).
10.Pick up a section of hair from the left side of the head and add it to the left-hand strand.
11.Cross the left-hand strand under then over (and so on, if there are more than five strands) until you cross the middle strand (with five strands, just an under and over).
12.Repeat instructions 8-11 until you run out of hair to add, then continue braiding in pattern to the end of the braid.
13.Tie off the braid with a hair fastener.

Wearing Lace!

Wearing Lace!
Hey everyone :)
Okay, so I LOVE lace! It's soft and sweet, and you can add it to any look to embrace your girly side!

The first look is if you only want to wear a touch of lace. There are many shirts out there that are only part lace. Even though it is just a little bit, that touch of lace makes a huge statement.

You can also wear all over lace, like in a dress! Lace dresses are perfect for date nights, and are very cute and girly. Want to toughen it up? Add a leather jacket!

And finally, lace shorts! I love these shorts because they are so unique and fashionable! They are eye-catching, and a great way to show off your style.

I hope you all enjoyed this tip! <333

Making Better Cupcakes

Making Better Cupcakes
Hey all, Taylor here!
Here are some tips on making your cupcakes taste better and even look better! Enjoy :)

Improving Taste:
~ Why you combine dry and liquid ingredients, start and end with the dry ones. It improves consistency!

~Mix/add in your ingredients gradually. Don't just dump everything in!

~ Make sure you take your time to measure your ingredients and to make sure everything is right.

~Be fresh! Try to use really foods, not just flavorings in your cupcakes and the icing. It can make a huge difference!

~Taste your food!!!! This one is very important. If you don't like the taste, you can make some changes before you cook your cupcakes.

~ Make sure you never overdo the sugar. It creates a brown crust on your cupcakes!

Improving Presentation:
~ Use decorative cupcake holders. It's a little more expensive but it adds some much needed flair.

~Instead of putting icing on with a knife, you can put your icing in a plastic ziploc bag and cut the tip off to swirl on your icing. It is so much prettier!

~ Don't be afraid to decorate! Make your cupcakes look amazing and creative!

I hope you all like this tip!
